Someday I'll live somewhere nice enough that I will be able to have a nice, relaxing Saturday morning without dead rodents and police activity.

You do know that we still have a room available, right? I mean, there's no rodents, but since it's on a kinda party street, there might still be a tad bit of police activity. But hey, that's half as much as you're dealing with now, right?
I'm sure Bill will understand that you want to work Virtual Office so you can still get paid over here.
